10th December 2029- Looking Back the Last Ten Years-I

(Yes, you read the title right. There's no typo error in the year.)

The Rosy Outlook-

Wow! That Disneyland on the Moon was awesome. I just landed back at the New Delhi Intergalactic Terminal. This was the first time I went to the moon since humans inhabited it five years back. Mom looked a little scary as we took off from the moon. She held dad's hand for over an hour until we reached Earth's atmosphere. I also met my friend Nishant who is now based on the moon. He has his own startup there. Most of the silicon valley nerds have shifted to the moon now. Amazon has a new HQ on the moon at 14, Bezos Block, which is almost at the north pole of the moon. Elon Musk started Tesla Spaceways four years back and man the spacecraft is awesome. Tesla Spaceways' spacecraft uses Hydrogen to attain the Delta-V needed to break Earth's gravity. Later it uses solar power to drive us closer to the moon. The spacecraft has fabulous interiors and one doesn't feel like going on a spacecraft with so much power and speed.
Back on Earth, the planet is greener. After the massive permafrost melt in 2022, global temperatures surged massively. Seas rose and Japan is today underwater. 😞 Most Japanese are today spread out in different parts of the world called Japanese Free Zones. The international community agreed to provide Japanese with lands in different parts of the world to make for the loss of the land of the rising sun. Today the Japanese Free Zones consist of the country of Japan. But an unintended consequence was that international leaders hustled to bring down temperatures. Massive parts of the planet today are covered with plants and trees. All countries under UN supervision have improved their forest cover. The recently concluded COP35 provided evidence that finally global warming disaster has been mitigated. The Democratic Republic of China was proactive in 'policing' the world to comply with the environmental norms. The new Chinese president, who belongs to the LGBT community, met our (Indian) first non-dynastic woman Prime Minister, in Arunachal Pradesh on the sidelines of India-China Informal Summit in India. The two countries spearheaded the environmental 'impositions' as some others have called it.
Technologically, man what a decade it has been. The silicon valley nerds have created their own country on the moon. They are calling it the Decentralised States of the Lunar Land (DSLL). Interestingly, DSLL has no formal government structures. It comprises of different companies owning the lunar land. They have a blockchain-based governance architecture, where a limited number of companies can own the lunar resources. But, there's a Kreative Bloc, where entrepreneurs can work on their startups. If the idea 'clicks', the startup is included in the DSLL governance architecture. Then the company can share power with other companies equally. Amazon bought FedEx and DHL in 2025 and today runs exclusively the Intergalactic parcel services. Most of the products from the moon are shipped by the Amazon Intergalactic parcel services.
And yes, I also visited the Vikram Lander Museum on the moon where the first Indian 'thing' had (crash) landed.
Meanwhile, Nishant was telling me he had recently visited Tesla's new HQ on Mars. Elon Musk has become God-like nowadays for us humans. He recently unveiled a new, let's just say, machine. He's calling it Hercules. Hercules plans to drag the Mars closer to the sun so that it can get adequately warmed to become almost Earth-like. His entire show was live telecast from Mars. Tesla executives broadcast it across the sky on Earth. Yes, we saw the Hercules unveil on the night sky. Humans have evolved way ahead than was thought!😉
